php Version in .htaccess ?

Hello !

Maybe im blind or something but i dont get what to write into the .htacess like its shown in this tutorial:

I should enter something like this:

i got PHP Version 5.5.5 - how to add it there ?
After searching and searching i cant find a good installation tutorial wich explains this.
Can someone help me please ?
