Change Design of Payment Method

I am trying to change the layout of the payment methods and i am asking myself, whats the best solution to change it.

Currently, I have only have a few radio buttons with each other.
But I want to position my payment methods in 2 rows and each payment method should have a certain picture and an info-picture, which inserts an info text, when i want to hover over it.


I guess, I need a new module to make this changes, but isn't there already a payment module, which allows such changes to add a picture to the payment methods?

Maybe it is also possible with the payment description in the oxid admin to add pictures.
