Hallo,
ich habe gestern nacht im Zuge der Einführung der neuen VRRL gleichzeitig versucht den Shop von Version CE 4.7.6 auf 4.8.6 zu bringen.
Da ich mit einem Update schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe, hatte ich die Version 4.8.6 komplett neu installiert.
Anschließend habe ich die 4.7.6er DB eingespielt, aus dem Cumulative Package die updateApp ausgeführt. Das Skript lief sauber und einwandfrei durch.
Der Shop zeigte dann einwandfrei die Version 4.8.6 an. Die Freude war groß, währte aber nur kurz.
Im Frontend zeigten sich diverse Fehler:
- Banner rotierten nicht, obwohl 4 Stück hinterlegt waren
- Hersteller-Logos waren statt horizontal alle senkrecht mit Abstand untereinander
- Anmelden im Frontend ging nicht, beim auswählen von "Anmelden" oder "Registrieren" passierte gar nichts.
- die Domain sprang immer auf "meinedomain.com/ index.php?cl=start&redirected=1
- Im Navigationsmenü (Frontend) konnte ich zwar beim überfahren mit der Maus, das Menü aufklappen, aber sobald ich versuchten einen Untermenü anzuklicken war es sofort weg.
Nachdem ich um 2 Uhr keine Lust mehr hatte - bzw. absolut keinen Plan wo ich noch hätte suchen können nach Lösungen habe ich dann den 4.7.6-Shop auf 4.7.12 gebraucht und dort die Änderungen vorgenommen. Aber das ist ja kein Dauerzustand !
Was habe ich überprüft:
- Systemgesundheit: alles im grünen Bereich !
- Systemüberprüfung: alles Original-Dateien
- Exception.log: Dort sind Einträge enthalten, aber ich verstehe nicht was dort drin steht. :(
- tmp wurde regelmäßig geleert
- Views wurden ebenfalls aktualisiert
Installierte Module:
- HDI TinyMCE 4.0.25 (aktiviert)
- HDI Piwik (aktiviert)
- eComstyle:Preisalarm (aktiviert)
- eComstyle:BetterStart (aktiviert)
- Invoice PDF (nicht aktiviert)
- oxid theme switch (nicht aktiviert)
- Paypal (nicht aktiviert)
PHP-Version: PHP Version 5.4.26-nmm1
Mysql: 5.5
Ich habe kein eigenes Template sondern nutze das Azure-Template.
Meine Vermutung ist das es mit den Fehlermeldungen zusammenhängt die in der Exception.log stehen z.B.
Ich habe die Exception.log angehängt. Den ersten Eintrag habe ich ( da er mehrfach enthalten war) gelöscht, da ich sonst die Datei nicht hätte anhängen können.
Sorry, wenn das Posting länger geworden ist, aber lieber zuviel Infos als zuwenig.
Vielleicht könnt ihr mir helfen die Fehler einzugrenzen.
