[!] Price Alert

Guten Tag!

I need some help to remove ALL references to the "[!] Price Alert" please.

Currently there is the text:
We are happy to inform you about a price change of this product respectively when it hits the price you want to purchase.

Your price ($):
E-mail:
Verification code:

This is a problem for me and I need to remove it. I am using the community edition 4.6.4_49061 (afraid to update for fear of losing many AU changes made)

I searched past threads and there is a mention of this but there I did not have the file in the referenced message so I need help on this one please.
